15-30 min exposure to sunlight is a must

According to reports 40-80% people are VItamin D deficit mainly because of this reason. Northern people are found more deficient than the southern part of the country. A diet rich in Vitamin A can also be helpful. Vegetarian diet should include Milk, soya products, mushrooms. A non-vegetarian one should consume fish, eggs and oysters.
