Shocked to hear that now one of the state is willing to have his own #stateflag

Is this really possible? Imagine if each state start having its own #stateflag, own #stateAnthem then what will be the color of Flag in which a martyred soldier will return. What will be the color of the Flag which will be held by individual player who may be belonging to XYZ state but will be representing nation at different National and International forums.

Really confused to comprehend whether this is another #politicalStunt or is it #PR campaign to pull the mass attention towards the state.
